Automations [New Feature/Configuration required]

Enquire now has exciting new automations available to reduce your data administration time.

Set up a catalogue of items (Milestones, Client Reports, Project Update Requests) that can be reused across Project records via an automation on initiation of an event in the system.

For example!! Automatically set up a schedule of Client Reports across a group of Projects when they are Activated. Reporting dates can be set or calculated based on reporting period requirements.

Coming soon to enhance this new capability is auto-scheduling. Have Enquire automatically start Client Reports within Project Schedules off an Open Date.



Search Improvements [Product Improvement/Configuration required]

Enquire can now be configured to include more in your Global Searches for your tenancy. Contact support if you would like changes made to your Document Search, Invoice Search, Client Report Search or Project Update Request Searches.

Enriched built in Statuses [Product Improvement]

New Statuses are now available in our Contract and Recommended built in Statuses.

  • Contract Generated and Not Applicable have been added to our Contracts Statuses.

Bulk Project Stage change [Product Improvement]

Save time! Bulk update your Projects Stages from the Global Project search. 

Move a group of successful projects from Draft to Active in bulk.

Bulk action usability improvements [Product Improvement]

Enquire has enhanced the bulk action to allow provision for the bulk change of areas with more than 1000 records. 


Bulk Project data change [New Feature/Configuration required]

Need to make a change to a single data field for a group of Project records? - easy!

Select the records you need - update the relevant data fields and voila!

The additional bonus is that you can determine which fields are available to bulk update [via configuration]


Payment Approval NextGen Workflows [New Feature/Configuration required]

NextGen Workflows are now available for Payment Milestones. Send your Payments through your required steps. The new Workflows also include downloadable copies of the Payment information at each step in the process. Use the workflow to rework Payment Milestones that are not approved.

Coupled with this new feature is a new built in field - Remaining Project Budget. This new field calculates Funding Approved minus Actual Payments to date throughout NextGen Workflows.


Financial Management Improvements [New Feature/Configuration required]

This release sees some significant improvements to financial management in Enquire.

Rounds now contain a tax setting that can override your generic tax rules. Identify any tax exempt rounds and Enquire will ensure that tax will be excluded for any relevant Suppliers.

Additional controls have been included for financial management at the Round. Disable RCTI remittance advice and notifications for payments within a particular round if automations have been set up for batching.

 

Bulk Payments - Make your Payments, or Pre-Approve Payments by bulk via the Global Search.

NextGen Workflow improvements [Product Improvement]

A couple of new Workflow improvements to make your life easier.

  1. A Workflow will now auto launch for any Workflow where the initiator of the Workflow and Assignee are the same.

  2. You can now select a Workflow step Assignee for Point of decision steps via a list rather than a search


Batch and Invoice Improvements [Product Improvement]

If you are using our Invoicing and Batch features you will be happy to know you can now:

  1. Queue invoices for approval and reconciliation to process on scheduled jobs
  2. Use the Batch Id chip to navigate from an Invoice to it’s relevant Batch 
  3. Bulk update Invoice stages
  4. Search on Reference field in the Batch Search
  5. Filter on Status in the Batch Search

Recent history for Workflows [Product Improvement]

The handy Recent History feature now contains Workflow Steps to assist with navigation around Enquire.

Business Account Compliance [New feature/Configuration required]

Enquire Tasks (Payment Milestones, Contract Milestones) have been extended to include a Compliance field. Enquire can be configured to mark a Supplier as non compliant if specific milestones are not met.

NextGen Client Report and Project Update Request UI changes [Product Improvement/Configuration required]

Enquire has released a small change to the Client Report and Project Update Request record pages to align the UI with the NextGen capability. This release brings the first phase of changes. These changes are in the UI only - the functional component will come early in 2025.

Change 1

A new field called “Outcome status” is now available in Project Update Requests and Client Reports.

This will allow records to have both an Outcome to the Process and a Stage for the Process. This will require configuration by Customer Support.

Change 2

A new lifecycle Stage Completed will be visible in the Client Reports and Project Update Requests Stage tracking. The function behind this will be available soon. This will require configuration by Customer Support.

Change 3

Fields not applicable to NextGen Client Reports and Project Update Requests have been removed from the interface.

Change 4

A new field “Report Type” is available in the Client Reports. This will require configuration by Customer Support.
