Features released - 31 October 2024


Exciting news! We have completed the process of adding some new features to your system. Please find below the features we have extended Enquire with - we hope you like it. 


New Enquire Role and Client Portal User changes [New Feature]


Pre 24.4.0 there were two types of Client Portal Users

  1. Standard User

  2. Account Administration

Both users belonged to a Business Account and could view all records associated with the Business Account from Applications to Client Reports.

24.4.0 has brought in a new user type and renamed the existing users.

The new user is a Basic User. This user in a Business Account can not view any records under a Business Account until they are associated to that record via the Team component.

The three Client Portal Users are now:

  1. Basic User (New)

  2. General User (previously Standard User)

  3. Account Administrator (no change)

The process of adding users to an account have not changed - there is now an additional option of user type.

The new Basic User is available in the Client Portal.

The process of providing access to records has not changed except for the new Basic User. They must be associated to a record through the Team tab as an External Team Member.

Filtering and sorting in the Management Portal [Product Improvement]

It has arrived - the ability to filter your tables in the Management Portal. Apply a filtering and sorting rule on your table and Enquire will remember the setting from session to session.

Hide/show form workflow comments [Product Improvement]

The comments pane on a form during a workflow such as Client Reporting or Assessment can be now Hidden/Shown to provide greater real estate when working on a form.

Table Columns [Product Improvement Requires Configuration]

Columns on Enquire’s data tables can now have their column width configured within forms to suit the field. For instance, a short text field or number field can be configured a shorter width than a long text field.

Talk to customer support if you would like this applied to any of your reporting, update, application or assessment form tables.
