UDC Filtering and Sorting options for NextGen Forms [Product Improvement - Requires Configuration]

User Defined Components can now be filtered and sorted within application, assessment, project update request and client report forms. This functionality allows for sorting on up to 3 filters as well as the configuration of 2 sort fields.


User Defined Components will be automatically filtered and sorted for users using the forms. New entries to the User Defined Component will always be displayed even if they do not match the configured filter. 


New Read only Role [New Feature-Requires Configuration]

A much anticipated role is now available in Enquire. Provide view only user access to your organisational data. 

 

Whether a visitor or a regular user - assign the role at the user's Contact record. Read only role is available at the Program and Round levels of the vertical. 




Workplan Improvements [Product Improvement - Requires Configuration]

Workplans now by default have a new arrow icon that can be clicked to expand and present the below page.

Within this new display, Workplans can now be configured with the following

  • Highlighted sheets - used to highlight and automatically land at a specific sheet in a workplan

  • Define width of columns

  • Improved filter options


DocGen Smart Naming Feature [New Feature-Requires Configuration]

Includes improvements to document upload configuration so that default naming conventions can be set for documents that are uploaded in various areas of Enquire.

 

This is a general capability that all management document uploads can take advantage of.

 

DocGen naming conventions are optional and can be configured as required.

Workflow form document naming conventions are optional and require configuration to enable.


Search feature for DocGen [Product Improvement]

Management Portal users can now search for DocGen templates before generating a document.


Hover feature on Account tokens [New Feature]

When a MP user hovers over an Account’s name on a card or within a search result, additional details such as Verification Date are displayed.


New Workflow management cards [New Feature-Requires Configuration]

Workflow form dataset (like MP) now available in PURs/CRs - full visibility across processes

 

As a Management Portal User you can now see workflow details when opening a Project Update Request or Client Report.

The workflow details card is available when a workflow has not been started. Once the workflow has started, the workflow details card will be replaced with the workflow toolbar and form. 


Smart Document Component improvements [Product Improvement Requires Configuration]

Refresh documents component in form to list any recent documents added to the relevant project record and displays in form

 

Multiple document upload buttons can now be configured in forms.
