You may need to revoke access to your Business Account as the person is no longer part of your organisation or they need to have their role changed.
1. From the Client Portal home page, click on your account name and select Account Details.
2. Navigate to the Contacts tab, and select the revoke option against an existing contact.
3. Select Revoke when prompted.
The relevant Contact will now no longer have access to the Business Account. They can be invited again at anytime.
