Exciting news! We have completed the process of adding some new features to your system. Please find below the features we have extended Enquire with - we hope you like it.
Gen2 Workflows [New feature - Configuration required]
This release introduces our next generation of workflow capabilities. These new workflows provide further flexibility and sophistications for interacting with your applicants and stakeholders.
The new workflows:
include broader application across business processes specific to your organisation across client reports and project update requests.
bring online new processes such as internal or external document management and collaboration tools such as comment tracking.

The Gen2 Workflows provide improved client reporting interaction for both your delivery agents and staff. The images below provide an example of the workflow being used within the client report process for both the Client Portal user, followed by the Management Portal user.

Program data capture [New feature - Configuration required]
Need to capture additional datasets at your Program level? Enquire now provides the ability to configure both fields and tables (UDCs) at the Program level. Speak to our customer support team for further information.
Acknowledgement field [New feature - Configuration required]
A small but useful addition. Client Report forms can now use a form specific acknowledgement field to ensure you capture formal sign off by your delivery agents each report. Keep this in mind as you plan your Client Reporting.
Workplan Enhancements [New feature - Configuration required]
Enquire continues to improve form usability each release. This release now sees Client Portal users being able to order their rows within any Workplan component on their forms.
Data import improvements [New feature - Configuration required]
Enquire now provides a broader suite of data sets you can import to get your data management kickstarted.
The suite has been extended to include imports at the Program and Round objects. Talk to Enquire support about your data import requirements.
