If you have lost or misplaced your voucher, you can re-print the voucher by:
- Log into the Sport and Recreation Client Portal with your registered email address and password
- Under the Vouchers section, click on the PDF of the submitted application
- Hover your mouse over the PDF, right click and select Print
If your internet connection is interrupted or displays an error, log out of your account, close all windows, and then log back into your account.
